Surelly the KC can add a small sum per registration to meet the shortfall, and can move that forward as defined funding model for Canine research. I am sure most, if not all, breed clubs would support this. The KC can make this secured income stream.

We think this is great idea and is exactly the sort of funding we could benefit from. However this decision would lie with the KC.
